Universitas Pertamina and PT Geoforce Indonesia Officially Sign a Cooperation Agreement
Jakarta, December 11, 2025 — Universitas Pertamina and PT Geoforce Indonesia have officially signed a Cooperation Agreement covering the implementation of research programs, internships, practical work, and the Professional Engineer Program (Program Profesi Insinyur/PPI). The signing ceremony took place at Pullman Hotel Jakarta Indonesia and was attended by representatives from both parties as a shared commitment to strengthening the strategic relationship between academic institutions and the industrial sector.
This collaboration aims to enhance synergy between academia and industry, particularly in research development, technology application, and the improvement of student competencies through hands-on field experience. Through this program, students and PPI participants will have the opportunity to be directly involved in real projects handled by PT Geoforce Indonesia, allowing them to gain practical insights and real-world experience in engineering, geosynthetics, and infrastructure.
Furthermore, this partnership is expected to support the implementation of the Professional Engineer Program (PPI) by providing professional mentorship and practical experience in accordance with engineering standards. With access to facilities, expert teams, and extensive field experience at PT Geoforce Indonesia, participants will benefit from a comprehensive and applied learning environment.
